Terms of Use
These terms cover the website and the Ottonomous platform. You keep ownership of your data and content. We give you a license to use the platform, you pay per location, and you're responsible for how your team uses AI features, connected accounts, and messaging. We don't guarantee AI outputs, and each side's liability is limited.

Privacy Policy
We collect what we need to run your account and the features you turn on, including data from accounts you choose to connect. We use it to provide the platform, never sell it, and never use it to train generalized AI models. Mobile numbers and texting consent are never shared for marketing. You can access, correct, delete, or export your data, and you can disconnect any third-party account at any time.

Messaging Terms
You only get texts you agreed to. Reply STOP to any message to stop, and HELP for help. Message frequency varies and message and data rates may apply. Businesses using Ottonomous must collect your consent before texting you, and your number and consent are never shared for marketing.

Acceptable Use Policy
Use Ottonomous for your own legitimate business. Don't contact people without consent, don't send content carriers ban, don't misrepresent vehicles or fake reviews, don't publish AI output that deceives, and don't try to break or resell the platform. We enforce this to protect our customers, their customers, and our carrier and platform relationships.

Cookie Policy
We use a small number of cookies to keep you signed in, remember preferences, and understand how the site is used. We don't use advertising cookies on our site. You can control cookies in your browser, and non-essential cookies are off until you allow them where the law requires.

Data Deletion Instructions
You can disconnect any linked account in Settings, which deletes its tokens and cached data. Removing Ottonomous from your Facebook or Google account does the same from their side. To delete everything, delete your account in Settings or email [email protected], and we'll confirm within 30 days.

Sub-processors
These are the vendors that help us run the platform and may process customer data on our behalf. Each is under contract to protect the data, use it only for us, and, for AI providers, never train on it. We update this list before adding a new sub-processor.
