Conversations & Identity

One person. One conversation. Every channel.

A customer does not think in channels. They text, then call, then message you on Facebook, and expect you to remember. Identity resolution makes that true.

Identity

The same person, however they reach you

Numbers, emails and social handles reconcile into one identity, so the thread follows the person rather than the channel.

  • Automatic matching across channels and systems
  • Merge suggestions when a match is not certain
  • One history every app can read

Channels

Everything in one inbox

Calls, voicemails, SMS, email, web chat, Facebook, Instagram and Google messages, in a single thread per person.

  • Voice with transcription and summary
  • Native sending on every channel
  • Media and attachments kept with the thread
Unified inbox with mixed-channel threads

Ownership

The carrier account is in your name

We set up a fresh Twilio account that belongs to your store, then configure it. Messages and minutes are billed by Twilio directly to you, at Twilio’s published rates, with nothing passing through us on the way.

  • The account, the numbers and the message history are yours
  • You see the same rate card Twilio publishes, because it is your account
  • Leave and the numbers stay with you, because they never left

Compliance

Consent that actually holds

Consent is recorded where it was given, honoured everywhere, and provable later.

  • Opt-out applied across every channel at once
  • Quiet hours and frequency caps per location
  • Records kept for the required period

Questions

Worth asking.

Do I keep my numbers?

Yes. The Twilio account is in your name, so the numbers were never ours to keep. Existing numbers can be ported in, or we provision new ones per location.

Who do I pay for texts and calls?

Twilio, directly. We configure the account and then step out of the billing relationship entirely. You pay Twilio’s published rate per message and per minute, and we never see a cent of it.

Why does that matter?

Most platforms in this category bundle messaging into a per-seat or per-lead price with margin stacked on top, so a busy month quietly costs you more than it should. Separating the software from the carrier cost keeps our price low, keeps yours predictable, and means nobody profits from your store sending more messages.

Is voice included?

Yes. Inbound and outbound voice with transcription, summaries and the same identity matching as every other channel, on the same account.
